BIRMINGHAM, AL – JUNE 26, 2015: Louie Henry walks through the backyard of his Inverness home on the outskirts of Birmingham. In May of 2015 a background check conducted by Henry's employer revealed a prior conviction for falsely reporting a delinquent loan while Henry worked in the banking industry. Despite it being 14 years since the relatively minor incident, Henry lost his position as a sales-manager at the local medical-technology company after one day on the job.
