KAKUMA, KENYA - JANUARY 17, 2008: Portrait of a refugee girl. Kakuma Refugee Camp is managed by the Kenyan Government in conjunction with UNHCR, serving over 179,000 people who have fled wars and violence in neighboring countries. The majority of refugees are from South Sudan, Sudan and Somalia. Many refugees hope to leave Kakuma for resettlement in other countries.
